Frequently asked questions
The Education Portal offers a suite of on-demand courses available to the public. To purchase an on-demand course or a course bundle, you must first register for a free account here.
These courses offer a range of GBCI, AIA and PDH credits. Be sure to check the course description to confirm which course offers which credits. A certificate of completion will be available to download on your dashboard after you finish the course. We will collect all AIA numbers upon completion of each course and will report your credits on your behalf. All other credits are self-reported.
Depending on the length, individual courses range from $20 - $35. Course bundles are also available for purchase.

All GPRO students have been emailed instructions to set up their account from gpro@urbangreencouncil.org. You can log in here. Please reach out if you have not yet received any instructions.
While you can access the portal on your phone, we recommend using a computer, laptop, or tablet to take any on-demand courses.
